What Black to Business Credit is

Black to Business Credit is an internal reward system. You can earn Credit through approved activities and promotions. One Credit equals one United States dollar for eligible redemptions on select Black to Business offers. This is not a credit line. This is not a gift card. This is not legal tender.

Eligibility

You must have a Black to Business account with a valid email. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state. Black to Business may limit participation by region where required by law.

Earning Credit

Approved actions and promotions describe the amount of Credit you can earn and the conditions that apply. Examples include completing surveys, participating in referral campaigns, attending eligible sessions, or purchasing eligible digital products. Credits post after verification and after any refund window closes. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions do not earn Credit.

Using Credit

You may redeem Credit for eligible digital products, Business Shortcuts, and coaching sessions sold directly by Black to Business. A minimum spend of five Credits applies per transaction. Credit cannot be used on memberships or ongoing subscriptions, except toward an initial payment if a specific offer states that eligibility. Credit cannot be used on sponsorships or advertising opportunities. Credit cannot be used on third-party programs or collaborations. Credit cannot be used on physical merchandise.

How to redeem

Complete the “Spend Your Black to Business Credit” form. Our team will send a coupon code, a payment link, or direct access to your selected offer. Processing usually occurs within 24 to 48 hours and may take up to 72 hours during high-volume periods.

Checking your balance

Email hello@blacktobusiness.com with your full name and the email associated with your account. Our team will reply within 24 to 48 hours and may take up to 72 hours during high-volume periods.

Expiration

Each issuance of Credit expires six months from the date of issue unless a promotion states a different date. Unused or expired Credit does not roll over and is not reinstated. Reminder emails may be sent 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration.

Program changes or termination

Black to Business may update or end the Credit program. If we make a material change or end the program, we will provide advance notice and a grace period to redeem previously earned Credit that mirrors New York rewards program guidance. Previously earned and unexpired Credit can be used during that grace period.

No fees and no cash value

Black to Business does not charge dormancy, administrative, or service fees on Credit balances. Credit has no cash value. Credit is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Refunds and adjustments

Purchases made with Credit are subject to the posted refund policy of the associated offer. Credit applied to a purchase will not be refunded or reissued after a cancellation or refund. Black to Business may correct Credit balances if a related transaction is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or determined to be invalid.

Transfer and account security

Credit is non-transferable. Credit may not be sold, traded, or assigned. Black to Business may require identity or email verification before applying or releasing Credit. Suspected abuse or fraud can result in loss of Credit and removal from the program.

Records and compliance

Black to Business maintains records of Credit issuance and redemption. If any jurisdiction treats Credit like unclaimed property or a gift certificate, Black to Business will follow the applicable requirements, including recordkeeping and reporting.

Communications

By participating, you agree to receive program emails about earned Credit, expiration reminders, and program notices. You can manage promotional email preferences in your account while still receiving operational notices.

Limitation of liability

Black to Business is not liable for lost opportunities to earn or redeem Credit resulting from inaccurate information, system issues, or events beyond our control. Remedies are limited to recrediting or replacement where required by law.
